How not to get lost a big project among small teams

Together with the modern IT community, our Bank develops flexibility and adaptability of processes, creates self-sufficient product teams. It works well if a team is from 5 to 9 members. But what if we are talking about a large project, which requires significantly more resources? To work with ideas of different size and complexity, system analysts in teams and business analysts, who do not belong to a particular team, work together. We will tell how collaborative effort of business and system analysts maintains the integrity of a large project, manage requirements in a complex architectural landscape and business processes.
