Clinical case in communication with the Customer.

This is a report on the diagnostics, prevention, treatment and prevention of problems in communication with the Customer.

We have carried out an experiment by taking two similar projects, whose Project Managers were complete opposites of each other, their approaches being "Clinical carelessness" and "Clinical formalism" respectively. These two projects, by the way, were utterly similar to each other.

As a result, we had identified and estimated the events which appear to have direct impact on the probability of risk occurrence, as well as the main features of our characters and how to communicate with them effectively.
