Workshop: Logical errors in business process modelling
Most analysts use the BPMN 2.0 notation in business process modelling.
In our courses, we teach how to use the notation correctly. But, in addition to errors in its application in the style of "wrong arrow", "wrong pool-tracks", "no start event", very often there are errors in the logic itself, which leads in mild cases to suboptimal work, and in severe cases - to non-working processes in general.
In my workshop, I will show you seemingly correctly drawn business process models. We will try to find errors in them and optimize them.
The report will be helpful for both beginners and experienced analysts since everyone can make mistakes in logic.
