Key Dates
Up to March 1, 2024 – Abstract and Presentation Submission Deadline * (additionally can be provided with supplementary materials)
Up to March 10, 2024 – Camera-ready Annotation and Presentation Submission Deadline (Annotation will be published in proceedings)
Until the end of March 2024 – Acceptance Notifications
* Presentations can be made available in draft form for review by the program committee. The final presentation should be submitted within 7 days before the event.
Speakers whose talks have been accepted into the program, including speakers whose talks are in the “Reserved” status, participate in the conference for free (travel and accommodation are paid by a speaker!). Only one speaker is free. The co-speaker shall be paid based on the cost applicable at the time of submitting the talk.
Speakers with the status “Rejected” can participate at a price on the date of submission of your talk.
Speakers with the status of “Recuse” can participate at a price according to the period of payment.
